Rumored Date Set for Apple’s Product Unveiling Event
The internet is buzzing about the highly anticipated fall unveiling of Apple’s newest products. According to Buzzfeed, the date has been set for September 9, the same date as last year’s event. Apple has not yet confirmed the date, however, it’s got everyone talking. Here’s what consumers and investors have to look forward to…
- New iPhone – According to reports by Apple blog 9to5 Mac and Buzzfeed, the new iPhone will have a pressure-sensitive Force Touch display (same as what is currently found on the Apple Watch, the new MacBook, and MacBook Pros), an improved camera system, and a significantly faster and power-efficient wireless chip.
- Apple TV – The new generation Apple TV is rumored to feature a refreshed and slimmer chassis and new innards including Apple’s A8 system on a chip, an increase in on-board storage, and an improved operating system with Siri voice control. Also expected is a vastly improved remote that will now include a touch-pad input and a long-in-the-offing App Store.
- New iPad – What Buzzfeed calls the “wildcard of the event”, Apple may finally unveil the anticipated large screen iPad Pro. With the new iPad multitasking features in iOS 9, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise.
